The Colortech facility located at 4000 Business Park Drive has been inspected by JPMorgan Chase and designated a secured facility.  This facility is protected by Sonitrol alarm systems during evening and weekend hours.   During day time hours all doors remain locked except for the front entrance forcing all associates and visitors to enter through this door.  The front desk is manned at all times during the day and all visitors must sign in, wear a badge and be escorted by an Colortech employee.  Colortech also has a locked and secured area inside the warehouse area for storing confidential documents.  The Warehouse Manager and the Operations Manager are the only two individuals who have access to this area.  Colortech destroys wastage through secure processes by utilizing industrial shredding.

Colortech's network is also secure.  Colortech's network is protected by a Cisco firewall.  We pass confidential information back and forth to our clients using an FTP site that is both user id and password protected.  For our documents that must pass privacy and confidentiality requirements such as HIPAA we use PGP encryption for all data received and sent on the FTP site.
